FREE/CONCESSIONAL TREATMENT TO POOR PATIENTS Dhanwantari Hospital & Research Centre is under the ownership and Management of Brahman Sahayyak Sangh, a Charitable Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. Dhanwantari Hospital provides medical examination and treatment totally free of cost for patients with Annual Income of Rs. 0 - 1,80,000. Patients with Annual Income between Rs. 1,80,001 - 3,60,000 will have to pay 50% of the bill . The Hospital will veify the economic status of the patient seeking such facilities. Following documents are to be produced to the Hospital Authorities for security. 1. Certification from Tahsildar. 2. Ration Card / Below Proverty Line Card (Yellow Card) 3. Statement declaring annual income of person whose name/s appear on the said ration card 4. Xerox copy of latest paid electric bill 5. Any other document necessary for above The Hospital has the right to reject any application in case same is not found to confirm to the rules.
